our registered clients, you are assigned a private voice mailbox that we
update on a daily basis with the status of your pet and home. This private
box may also be used by you to leave messages to your petsitter. In one easy
call to our TOLL FREE HOTLINE
(U.S. only), you
can check on your pet and home, communicate with your sitter and be assured of
peace of mind.
If we
maintain a house key on a permanent basis, then you are assigned a PERMANENT
voice mailbox that you may also use as a communication tool with the company
to make further reservations, request emergency visits, etc.
For your
convenience, you receive a laminated wallet card that contains your voice box
number and our office and toll free hotline numbers.
